We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Working within a project team or group of projects. You will report to the relevant Hub Focal Point or Project Manager.

You will be expected to support the team in all aspect of project administration including interfacing with other corporate departments.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of the Training and Competency matrices
  • Identifying and booking all project training requirements
  • Liaising with client planners
  • Updating Rota's as required
  • Raise offshore personnel mobilisation requests internal and with client

Prepare and maintain project files, including:

  • T&C matrices
  • Rota Tracker
  • Crew Change & Mobilizations
  • General support with offshore enquiries
  • Processing of offshore / onshore timesheets
  • Processing Expenses
  • Processing and tracking holiday requests
  • Raise training requests as required
  • Assist in the coordination of all training requirements
  • Maintain visits schedules offshore for management
  • Good knowledge of SAP will be required


This position will allow for future development of the individual which will enhance their skillset and allow them to further integrate into the operational role by taking ownership of additional responsibilities.
