Salary:
£12.59ph (Rate of pay will be dependent on experience, qualifications and skills)

Stafflex Education are working with a local Further Education College in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Personal Development Coach on a temporary basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide effective coaching for students on an individual basis or in group setting to support success and progression, including overcoming barriers to ensure students are positively engaged with the learning journey, and achievetheir goals.

Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities.
Experience working 1:1 and in groups.
Experience working in an education setting.
The ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate records.

Requirements to work with Stafflex:

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
