Description

Division Support Provide advice, support and guidance to managers and staff across the Trust in relation to disciplinary, performance, attendance, grievance, bullying and harassment and raising concerns.

Ensuring due process and policies are followed in accordance with legislation, good practice and in a timely manner.

Advise and support managers to take responsibility for people management issues, supporting with the identification of solutions to resolve employment issues.

Policy & Service Development Develop policies and procedures and make recommendations on changes to existing policies and procedures in line with national guidance, employment legislation and good practice.


General Provide advice and guidance on HR issues in order to minimise the risk and financial exposure Organise own workload and determine priorities and act accordingly.
