About You

Do you have experience as a paralegal helping to support with a housing disrepair caseload?
Are you looking to take the next step and have your own caseload?
Are you interested in a role that can offer a training contract or SQE placement within 12 months?

Then this might be the role for you

The role
The role will be to manage your own caseload of predominately pre and post-issue Housing Disrepair claims. Experience of running your own housing disrepair caseload would be beneficial but is not essential. However you must have at least a year's experience within a housing disrepair role.
We will support you in running your first caseload with strong supervision channels and excellent training including away days.

Things you want to know

Salary - up to £25,000 depending on experience with a generous commission structure.

Working Hours -8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday

Hybrid Working - 3/2 alternative working from home pattern staff after probation

Holidays - 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days (3 days reserved for Christmas closure of the office) PLUS a day off for your birthday after 2 years' service
