Key Accountabilities:


  • Create jobs on the system for the planning team
  • Data Entry
  • Work with TPN Partners to ensure all customers are contacted if there are late delivery issues
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently
  • Manage incoming credit and revenue requests
  • General administrative tasks
