Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Create jobs on the system for the planning team
- Data Entry
- Work with TPN Partners to ensure all customers are contacted if there are late delivery issues
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently
- Manage incoming credit and revenue requests
- General administrative tasks
