Sales Executive


Location:
Desborough


Pay rate/Salary:
£18,500 p/a + uncapped commission

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday (08:30 to 17:30)


Type:
Permanent/Full-time


Start Date:
Immediately (flexible for notice periods)


We are hiring for a sales executive that has experience in speaking with customers and is confident on the phone.

This is a junior position so no previous sales experience is required, full training will be provided with excellent progression opportunities.

Promotions will be taking place internally based on individual performance and drive within the business.

Duties of a Sales Executive


In this role you will be working in the sales department working towards KPI's and managing a pool of customers and suppliers.


  • Outbound calling to clients
  • Working towards KPI's to achieve OTE of £35,000
  • Managing pools of customers
Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive

As a sales executive, you need to have or be able to demonstrate;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;
Previous experience as a sales executive (however this is not a necessity)
A driving license due to the location of the office

About the Client


Our client is a finance broker that is looking for a sales executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

You'll be joining a supportive team where you will be focusing on the Administration and customer service for the continued success of the business.
