Description

About The Role:

The Foxtons Fleet department is responsible for purchasing, servicing, valeting, and maintaining our entire fleet of approximately 900 vehicles.

Foxtons has an impressive fleet including a range of vehicles, from our distinctively branded Mini's to a variety of hybrid and electric vehicles and the smooth running of our busy Fleet department enables our teams across London to continuously deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

As a Fleet Co-ordinator you will be the main point of contact for all Foxtons employees with a company vehicle in a specific part of the business and your time will be split between the office and the warehouse at our dedicated fleet facility in North West London.

When not in the office, you will be conducting vehicle checks, either when a car comes back from the body shop, or before it is returned to a leasing company, and you will be helping maintain our busy car park by making sure cars are correctly parked and that the area is kept clear for ease of access.

You will also support the Fleet Manager and Director of Fleet and Logistics with allocating new starters their company cars during our Foxtons induction programme.

This includes making sure the driver packs and the cars themselves are ready for collection.

About You:

As a Fleet Co-ordinator you will need a full, clean, manual driving licence and at least one year's driving experience.

Our Fleet Co-ordinators spend a lot of their time interacting with other employees across the business so you will have an enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.

Attention to detail is of paramount importance in this role so you will be organised and comfortable working to deadlines.

We offer
- £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Company mobile phone
  • Comprehensive, ongoing training programme
  • Diversity and inclusion networks
  • One paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
  • Wellbeing package including enhanced sick pay
  • Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave
