Building
Technical Officers - Public Sector

Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast

Salary:
£11.39 ph

Hours of Work:37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

You will be required to ensure maintenance repairs to Housing Executive homes are carried out to exacting cost, quality and time standards.

Criteria:

A degree in Building Studies (or equivalent) with 1year relevant experience. OR
BTEC Higher Diploma in Building Studies (or equivalent) with 2 years relevant experience OR
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience (working on the design, improvement or maintenance of domestic properties).
As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure._
