As a member of the Support Team at Pursuit Software,you'll be a point of escalation for technical issues that the first/second line team has been unable to rectify.

We have a very close relationship with our customers so over time you will build a goodworking connection with individuals within their senior management and staff members, effectively becoming an extension of their team.


This is a position that offers a wide variety of daily challenges as you will be dealing with a range of customers, from those who have little or no technical knowledge to those who are technical professionals.


  • You will need to be able to demonstrate expertise in computer networking, firewalls, network security, SSL and certificate generation, server knowledge, windows operating systems, basic database knowledge, root cause analysis, call handling systems, andticket escalation, as well as 3rd party infrastructure and software.
  • Specific knowledge of Apache web server's configuration and deployment, web hosting environments such as Cpanel, and development languages such as PHP and JavaScript would be an advantage, as the job will include working with the development team to automatesome of these procedures
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell or equivalent scripting languages would also be advantageous
