Here at Nurseplus, we are currently looking to hire a Technology Project Coordinator for our office in Ashford. Nurseplus is in the process of digitally transforming its Technology suite and are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

The main duties of the Technology Project Coordinator role include:

  • Provide project support and admin assistance to major projects within the Technology team.
  • Take lead with allocated project tasks including but not limited to data analysis, reporting and documentation across projects as required.
  • Check and chase project resource to ensure tasks are in progress and remain on schedule as per the overall project plans.
  • Run and manage own small scale projects.
  • Undertake research tasks and summarise findings as per project requirements.
  • Ensure Project Management software tools and data/tasks kept up to date and current.
  • Support training required for implementation of new systems.
  • Support creation and delivery of communications across various projects as and when required.
  • Support any necessary branch visits as part of Technology projects.
  • Suggest ways to create efficiencies and streamline project administrative processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach, able to respond to changing priorities in a fastmoving environment.
  • Ability to use initiative and able to work under pressure to solve problems.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands to meet agreed timelines and escalate appropriately where required.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own work load.
  • Be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is quick to pick up on new ideas, technology or information and has a detail orientated mindset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.
