In Bristol + 12m Initial contract (then renewed in 12m intervals after this)

EDF Energy Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) provides a range of technical training programmes and courses to support the compliance and continual improvement of our existing PWR and AGR fleet, as well as the development and delivery of new programmes to supportthe commissioning and operation of Hinkley Point C (HPC) and future UK reactor designs.
The NSA Training Administrator will be professional with a friendly, problem-solving attitude and have the ability to multitask and balance several key administration duty areas alongside "front of house" HPS Training building duties.
What will?
- Act as resource and logistics coordinator for critical parts of the training curriculum, to ensure NSA training processes are supported in an effective and consistent manner.
- Support with the NNB Mailbox with administrative tasks to include general queries and enquiries.
- Be responsible for the front of house operation of the HPS training building for all or parts of the week.
- Support the training administrative processes for classroom and simulator training instructors
- Support the administration of training committees as well as IT On boarding for new starters
What are we looking for?
- Organising and Planning skills. Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills, coupled with attention to detail.
- Experience in planning and implementing large programmes of training courses
- Works with enthusiasm and energy and can engage with people at all levels of the organisation
