A leader in selling/letting luxurious homes across Prime Central London, the company is a leader in their field. Now offering an opportunity for a Property Manager to share a fantastic Prime/Super Prime portfolio.Working within the Property Management team, you will be the main point of contact for all property specific queries.
As a Property Manager will receive up to £38,000 per annum. The role will be based in Central London.
Duties and responsibilities of the Property Manager
- Proactively deal with operational and administration duties and provide a high standard of customer service to our tenants.
- Day to day property management of a range of residential properties, liaising with tenants to resolve property issues.
- Overseeing all repair and maintenance works and reporting back to the property management team.
- Ensure highquality service is provided throughout the business whether it be maintenance, cleaning, repairs, routing inspections etc.
- Professional approach and interaction with all, communicate clearly and confidently and use initiative to solve any problem that may arise.
- Conducting routine inspections to include health and safety inspections.
- Preparing repair and maintenance reports of what the issue was, how it was resolved etc.
- Liaising with tenants, external contractors and head office when necessary.
- When on call deal with outofhours emergencies.
- Responsible for managing complaints and any resolving disputes with tenants.
- Preparing properties for rental, assisting with property viewing and liaising with tenants regarding their checkin.
- Take ownership for managing the check in, check out process.
- Administration of minor works processes with record keeping, instructing contractors, progress chasing, diary keeping, correspondence, processing invoices, filing.
- Creating and updating property files.
- Undertake varied office administrative tasks including, but not limited to inputting data, filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders etc.
- Ensure all queries and requests from tenants are accurately recorded.
- Maintain financial records and ensuring accuracy with data entry.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and distributing supplies where necessary.
- When required compile information relating to deductions from deposits.
- Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and any other support tasks as required.
