Solution Architect – NetSuite ERP Rollout – Gloucester

Outside IR35
We're looking for an experienced
Solution Architect
to lead the design and delivery of a NetSuite ERP rollout as we build a brand-new IT environment and establish a standalone UK technology function.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in greenfield environments and can translate complex business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
Key skills and Responsibilities,
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation
- Design the target IT landscape for a newly independent UK operation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
- Ensure strong integration patterns across systems and data flows
- Provide technical leadership and governance throughout delivery
- Support environment build, migration, and cutover planning
- Proven Solution Architect experience delivering NetSuite ERP programmes
- Exceptional communication skills — able to engage confidently at all levels
- Strong background in systems integration and enterprise architecture
- Experience working in greenfield or carve-out environments
- Java experience beneficial (nice to have, not essential)
