Executive Recruitment Consultant (Graduate, entry-level)


Location:
Leeds (City)


Salary Range:
£23,000 to £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 60% of boarded fees)

Responsibilities - 360 recruitment process

  • Building and managing diverse talent pipelines
  • Business development with new and existing global clients
  • Negotiation and execute end to end recruitment process
  • Contract and payment negotiations
  • Offering regular market intelligence to senior stakeholders
  • Pitch for retained business

Requirements - no prior experience needed
