Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Complaints Handler. As a Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English and has strong data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with accurate information and assistance
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£26,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
