Description

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

Health and Safety

Demonstrate a high commitment to health and safety and visibly promote CEMEX safety standards in order that a culture in which colleagues look out for themselves and each other is instilled.

Delivery of plan
Plan, coordinate and deliver adoption of CEMEX Go Online Stores, Customer Connections and related Digital Commerce Projects (e.g. RMX Go App) across all UK businesses and customer segments.

Business Support
Coordinate main sales responsibilities with the UK Sales Management Team to define strategy and follow up results. Coordinate cross business (e.g. Marketing) initiatives related to Digital Commerce Tools (e.g. CEMEX Go, RMX Go App).

Provide support and training to internal customer service and order dispatch centres to meet the new customer demands using digital channels.

Provide training support nationwide, including front line presentations to customers and CEMEX commercial staff on the detailed functionality of the Cemex Go Tools.

Provide Core UK Level Zero support Team for CEMEX Go.

Continuous Improvement

Provide feedback from both customers and business to the EUR Digital Commerce Team to enable the clear prioritisation of future digital product development.


Skills Required:

  • Analyzing complex KPI's and derive strategy adaptations from this
  • Professional communication skills in front of top management
  • Knowledge of master data and customer information
  • Experience of delivering training
  • Experience of developing customer relationships within the building materials industry or associated industries
  • Presentation and influencing skills
