We are currently recruiting for an SEN primary school in Hayes, London Borough of Hillingdon.

The school is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills, to support behaviour and children with Autism across all years.

The children in each class are of varied ages depending on their ability.

The school has excellent provisions in place to provide a safe and happy learning environment for it's pupils.

There will be other SEN Teaching Assistants within the class as well as the teacher that will be there to guide you during your first few weeks.

Once you are settled, there will be ample opportunities for further training and development.

SEN Teaching Assistant requirements:


  • Level 3 Teaching Qualification or hold a degree.
  • Team Teach (desirable)
  • Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant working with children who are Autism and/or display Challenging behaviour.
  • Experience supporting primary school children
  • Confidence and ability to implement positive behaviour strategies, thereby removing barriers to learning.
  • Demonstrate resilience and a driven approach to support as a Challenging Behaviour TA.

Salary:
£90.00-£100.00 per day
