Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Organisational Design Lead to work within a local authority setting in Romford.

6 month initial contract - ongoing on a month to month basis after

Working hours - 37 hours per week

Rate of pay:
£355+ Per hour

Negotiable depending on experience - Please send your CV with the required rate


_About the role_

  • The activities of the Organisational Design (OD)

Lead will include the following:

Organisation Design:
Leads on design and alignment of organisation structures, roles, processes and metrics to the strategy and needs of the council, including redefining andrestructuring initiatives

  • Collating, managing and analysing data against a set of design principles
  • Leading the design of organisational structure
  • Deriving insights from data to inform seniorlevel decision making
  • Running meetings with stakeholders. For example, to understand and design business processes, capture requirements, or identify and explore options.

_About you_

  • Organisational design experience
  • A strong analytical background data and logic driven
  • Ability to work at senior to junior levels within organisations
