CLINICAL LEAD NURSE
£21.24 per hour

West Belfast

I am delighted to be recruiting in West Belfast for a senior nursing opportunity

This is a role that will see you:

Leading the nursing team,
Helping to support the Nurse Manager when needed,
Providing mental health care and dementia care to residents,
Administering prescribed medication,
Following set and individualised care plans for each resident,
Monitoring and recording vital signs,
And creating new care plans for any new admissions
