Role Purpose:

To ensure delivery of products to Fanatics warehouses, customers and distributers on time and in full. To provide world class customer service to internal customers, external retailers, brands and our distributors, working under direct supervision. Effectively manage warehouse providers against contractual SLA's to ensure the business partners support the timely delivery to our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Acts as the main point of contact for our internal Marketing Teams to support with information relating to campaigns and range overviews
  • Handles basic issues and problems, defers more complex issues to leaders on team
  • Ensure Customers receive relevant information where required
  • Sample management of all seasonal sample orders
  • Admin support across the team on daytoday functions
  • Admin support for warehouse admin
  • Consolidate and upload customer sales orders
  • Proactive communication to customers where required
  • Maintain any data needed on customer specific systems or portals
  • Manage day to day queries including Customer service, Credits, returns & complaints
  • Proactive inventory reporting
  • Distribution of salesmen orderbooks & relevant reporting
  • Support Supervisor with any other reporting or account management requirements

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Relevant work experience in administrative support, customer service, supply chain, communication
  • Strong Communication skills and customer approach
  • Highly organized
  • Customer service experience and skills (preferred)
  • Proactive problemsolving mindset
  • MS Office knowledge, especially in MS Excel (preferred)
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate cooperative and positive 'can do' attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Interested in the Sport and/or Supply chain Industry
