Responsibilities:
- Survey site, understand client requirements and provide cost & technical proposal to suit this will include but not limited to AHU refurbishments, replacements, as well other mechanical HVAC works (boilers, etc);
- Upon receipt of order from Client, complete handover with Project Coordinator;
- Attend sites prior to works commencing, review materials required and measure for fabrication;
- Complete final technical check to allow procurement of necessary materials/subs i.e. fan selections, component selection;
- Support training and mentoring of project coordinator and site engineers where appropriate;
- Advise project coordinator of hazards on site to support creation of sitespecific RAMS;
- Liaise with Projects Coordinator to support with any further requirements on site.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum HNC in HVAC or Building Services required.
Salary:
£36,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
