Finance Assistant | Fast-Growth Creative Agency | Central London

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a Fast-Growth Independent Creative Agency, supporting them with their search for a Finance Assistant to join their team out of their Central London offices.

They are going through a period of significant growthas they are increase their highly regarded client base and continue their award-winning work.

This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop transactional skills & commercial experience exposure, whilst receiving brilliant mentorship from an experiencedFinance Manager.

With a fantastic office space in the heart of Zone 1, London, where they like to make use of the vibrant bars and restaurants nearby, they are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Finance Assistant to join their sociable, collaborativefinance team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for all things transactional, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping, as well as assisting the Head of Finance with ad hoc finance duties.

The role offers significant commercial exposure, such dealing withclient funds & monthly statements, and supporting on revenue to the wider business to ensure financial efficiency.

This opportunity would best suit a confident individual with a strong work ethic, who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full management of the accounts payable and receivable processes
Processing and approving invoices
Approving staff expenses
Working closely with the Financial Controller and other team members to establish process to ensure financial efficiency
Being the first point of contact for any finance queries
Assisting with cash flow forecasts and budgeting
Support the wider business with various ad hoc responsibilities

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

1-2 years' experience of a Finance Assistant / AP / AR position
Creative Agency / Media experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised
Team player with strong learning ambitions

ASAP

Salary:
£28,000 - £34,000 + study support
