We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist with customer service experience within a call centre environment to support our customers and installers on technical related issues.

The contact centre team represent the voice of EO to our customers and the voice of the customer internally.

You will promote improvements to products, services, and information to ensure that EO continue to deliver what our customers require for their chargingneeds.

Here's how a day might look for you...

Receive customer calls and resolve issues, recording all interactions on the CRM system
Logging, prioritising, resolving and escalating queries where necessary
Addressing customer needs and identifying call drivers
Ensure all support calls are handled timely and effectively
Communicate with customers through various channels to ensure 'best in class' service
Catalogue any product issues or bugs using Azure platform
Ensure customer satisfaction remains our focus and that the review scores reflect this positively

About you

We're looking for someone with strong experience working in a Technical/Customer Support environment - if you have a background working in a busy call centre this would be ideal for you You'll have excellent fault-finding skills always finding ways to resolvecustomers issues and act as a source of technical expertise.

Above all else, strong attention to detail, communication skills and time management will set you up for great success at EO.

From a technical side, previous experience working with Unix/Windows/Linux operating systems will help you hit the ground running although this is not a deal breaker for us as full training will be provided on the systems and our chargers.
