Job Summary:

We're working exclusively with one of the UKs leading retirement homes providers who are looking to appoint a RICS Residential Surveyor to aid them with their current lease programme which spans part of their real estate function.

To understand the existing leases at 2 main sites based in the South East of the UK
To understand the new lease and the key difference (obligations, benefits, costs etc) with the existing leases.
Significant experience with residential leases, such as lease variation/extension, enfranchisement, or other similar complex lease work.
The need to be empathetic with the ability to work with older people and have outstanding communication skills.

There's a strong preference for Qualified RICS surveyor for this position.

Salary up to c£70,000 DOE.
