Associate Consultant

Salary:
Competitive

OTE:
£30-45k OTE 1st year.
£50-75k OTE 2nd year.
£90-175k OTE 3rd year.

As a result of recent growth, we are now seeking to hire an outgoing and ambitious Associate Consultant to be responsible for attracting high calibre finance and accountancy individuals to our agency / search firm.

After 6 months you'll be promoted to Consultant, with full client exposure, where commission is uncapped and there is no reason why within 2 years you cannot be earning £50-75k and within 3 years £100-120k plus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

General database management duties to ensure data integrity.
Attending client meetings with Consultants to assist with taking job briefings.
Working closely with Consultants on various recruitment projects/senior level appointments to provide a head hunting service when required.
Degree educated or equivalent is preferred
An excellent and confident communicator, with the ability to interact with a variety of individuals.
Target driven, and motivated by the attainment of goals (financial and otherwise).
Highly organised and able to meet strict deadlines.
Confident and outgoing.
Fast thinking with tenacity
A strong knowledge and love of sports is preferable
