London, we are looking for a
Boutique
Manager.


In this position - at the heart of our organization - you will be responsible for driving and developing your boutique.

You'll be responsible for managing and inspiring your team to provide an exceptional customer service at all time and to delivering good results.

You will ensure that turnover targets are met, taking into account the predefined KPIs. You will report to the Regional Manager UK.


TO DO

  • The boutique is our business card. You will ensure that the boutique meets the highend look and DNA of our brand.
  • We strive for perfection. This means that you will focus on optimizing our current processes, but also have the autonomy to roll out new, improved processes. We are entrepreneurs at heart.
  • You are always alert and have very high standards in developing and optimising the boutique operations.
You are the one who coaches, supports, and stimulates the employees to get the best out of themselves.


REQUIREMENTS

  • To have relevant managerial knowledge and expertise in luxury retail
  • To have energy and excellent communication skills.
  • To adapt easily to different situations and levels of contact.
  • Excellent level of English written and spoken.
Other languages are a plus.

  • To keep yourself up to date with the evolutions within the industry.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£33,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

  • London, W1A 1AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
