Description

Due to expansion our client is looking for a late shift packer to work in there fun and energetic warehouse to carry out work as required picking and pack goods ready for daily dispatch.

With room for progression and excellent benefits they are looking forsomeone who is self-motivated and trustworthy and can fit in well within the team.


Monday - Friday



£22k per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Picking and quality checking goods ready for packing as per order paperwork
  • Packing of finished signs from small lightweight A4 size up to Larger 2.5x1.5m parcels up to approximately 25kg ready for daily dispatch. This will involve lifting and carrying items of above sizes from finished goods area, packing, then lifting to packed/goodsout area, ready for collection.
  • Palletising of larger goods ready for dispatch. This will involve stacking of items that can be heavy onto a pallet for banding and wrapping. The pallet can then be moved with mechanical lifting equipment ready for collection
  • Preparation/assembly of some items in preparation for packing. Data entry on PC systems to produce shipping labels and dispatch notes.
  • Any other reasonable task within the post holder's skill and ability as required by the organisation
