Who are we?


Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): they provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.

It is AIM listed and have over 1750 staff across UK and European locations.


You will be helping the Customer Advocacy teams and help manage a number of accounts from both a sales and service point of view.

Assisting the Customer Advocacy teams in identifying, qualifying, and creating opportunities for sales engagement and maintain and grow our customer base by providing day-to-day desk-based account management.


What you'll be involved in:


  • Work to targets to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assisting the Customer Advocates with the daytoday running of the customer account
  • Being the first port of call for customers in daytoday transactional requests and first line support on billing and account queries
  • Aiding the Customer Advocate with contractual paperwork and reducing their sales cycle, creating both internal and external documentation to a high standard
  • Track all activity in GammaHub (Salesforce CRM) following the defined processes and look for opportunities to improve or enhance the information in the systems
  • Providing customer support on Gamma's customer facing portals, as well as completing basic, adds, moves, and changes on customer accounts. Data entry within the various company systems
  • Managing sales opportunities on Salesforce using the company's preferred sales methodology
  • Help maintain excellent relations with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to assigned customers. Undertake regular training and coaching sessions as and when required

Person requirements:


What skills do you need to make an impact in this role:

  • Awareness and working knowledge of business telecoms including mobile, voice telephony systems, data, and unified communications solutions
  • Proven track record of effective account management, businesstobusiness sales and delivering against sales targets.

Skills: PC skills to intermediate level
  • MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Skills with Salesforce and an active LinkedIn profile, Showpad, Lusha, Salesforce Engage will be desired.

Education / qualifications:
Educated to tertiary level with minimum GCSE in English, Maths and Science. Degree level education will be desired.


How we work:

This is a full time permanent role, will be
Home based with travel to Gamma office once a week. Working from Monday to Friday.
