  • Knowledge of how Financial Service Networks and AR's operate, whilst advantageous, is not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Possess a driven and inquisitive nature

  • A solid understanding of Microsoft (Word and Excel) would be beneficial

Role:

Are you an accomplished Administrator, with a keen eye for detail and an inquiring mind?

Our client is a widely recognised, high-profile business, an 'Employer of Choice', who offer great benefits, a positive working culture, and opportunities to develop within a regulated, Financial Services business.

They have an immediate requirement for an Administrator to work as Membership Case Worker, on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (possibly longer), covering for Maternity absence, joining the team at Newcastle on a hybrid basis.

The role will see you playing a key part in the overall onboarding experience of Advisers, so it is vital that they receive a positive, professional service.

You will be involved in the recruitment and vetting process using all relevant information, to assessif the case should proceed to appointment or not.

Your role will focus on the administration element and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities will include supporting with:

  • Arranging appropriate training where required and reviewing the outcomes
  • Undertake all aspects of due diligence including reviewing references, criminal records, financial records (and any information held in the public domain)
  • Provide robust evidence of due diligence activity
  • Follow and complete associated processes
