The landmark National Accommodation Management Services (NAMS) contract for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) went live in March 2022 to provide Service Family Accommodation housing management to 49,000 homes, and the service families who live in them.

The Role - Marketing & Communications Executive


This is a 12-month maternity cover role running until April 2025 that will focus on coordinating and delivering a range of activities for Pinnacle Service Families aimed at improving communications with the families we serve, and our other key stakeholders.

The role will report into the National Communications Lead. This is a remote/hybrid role.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring PSF's social media platforms in line with agreed protocols & undertaking sentiment analysis.
  • Designing and producing content / copywriting for internal and external channels, using platforms such as MailChimp and Canva.
  • Gathering and maintaining a forward plan of positive news stories and case studies for use in internal and external communications.
  • Desktop publishing to update and generate branded content in line with guidelines.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and updates of the Pinnacle Service Families website.
  • Providing assistance to the National Communications lead on daytoday projects and planning.

Skills:


  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Canva and Wordpress
  • Videography and audio editing and production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative with a good grasp of design concepts
