Main Responsibilities:

Providing finance business partnering support to various Key Stakeholders (Up to Director level) and Department Heads.
Leading and delivering the budget & 3 year planning cycle outputs.
Developing KPI & reporting packs to support factbased decisions for the business by turning data into insight.
Working in collaboration with a variety of departments to develop strategies that optimises cost vs product availability.
Driving a culture of cost efficiency across all business areas within role remit.
Embedding accurate balance sheet accountability by driving forward alignment, transparency and analysis.
Delivering a culture of strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Leading by example to support the development of a high performing team culture.
Supporting the audit process within the remit and aiming to drive a single audit approach with regards to the provision balance sheets.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to remove waste from processes and drive harmonization.
Supporting the Finance Business Partner, delivering a consolidated view of the key financial reserves data to enable data driven decision making.
Supporting across the finance teams to provide robust financial information to support both functional and regional reporting requirements for forecast, actuals & plan processes.

Key Skills and experience:
