We're looking for an exceptional Commercial Executive to join our UK and Ireland Commercial Team.


As part of the Commercial Team, you will play an active role in supporting the country's business growth by constantly scouting untapped business opportunities and consolidating the existing installed base within the area of responsibility.

Ensure the delivery of a remarkable customer experience throughout all the different steps of the purchasing process.

Ultimately, make mínimal access surgery available to everyone by Transforming surgery. For good.

This is a field-based role in the Midlands, and extensive travel across the country will be required.

Responsibilities:


DRIVE GROWTH AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Ensure country business growth through a wellplanned execution of the sales strategy, which leverages on the delivery of an unparalleled customer experience and the establishment of sustainable valuerelated relationships with all the different stakeholders.
  • Guarantee sales performance by scouting new business opportunities within the area of responsibility and ensuring their successful progression throughout the entire sales funnel. Monitoring through Salesforce sales opportunities, and projections, analysing potential issues/blockers, and implementing corrective action plans to be shared with the Country Commercial Manager in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the Country Commercial Manager and other team members to contribute to the development of the country's strategic direction for lead generation strategies, increase brand awareness, marketing initiatives, etc.
  • Execution and implementation of customer offerings, including pricing and tender management whenever required.
  • Support the adoption and implementation of key global and regional commercial initiatives and projects at country level as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance with the global and regional guidelines, as well as local regulatory and administrative procedures/requirements.

DEVELOP THE MARKET

  • Analyse market, industry trends, and competitors to gain a good understanding of Versius commercial potential and promptly detect untapped business opportunities or threats within the area of responsibility.
  • In line with commercial country guidelines and strategies, play a pivotal role in CMR business development, effectively managing relationships with any stakeholder that could help develop the Country's business through visits, industry conferences participation, etc.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive in Healthcare with a demonstrated track record of introducing new products in hospitals.
  • Solid knowledge of hospital buying processes with a special focus on capital sales, combined with experience in negotiation of prices and conditions with Hospital decisionmakers.
  • Experience in leveraging internal resources, such as clinical data/ training programs, etc. to be able to construct and communicate the right proposition to the decisionmaking unit and in relation to competitive offerings.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenarios.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues and build strong longterm relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Inherently selfdisciplined, as much of the role will be autonomous and require diligent and persistent followup.

It would also be helpful if you have:

  • Robotics or mínimal access surgery
  • medical devices background
  • MBA degree
