Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Proactive problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,647.75 per year
