Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:


  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,647.75 per year
