Reporting to the Head Chef and Managers, the post holder will act as an integral member of the kitchen team, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen throughout service.

The post-holder must be a team player with a commitment to getting the job done.


Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining good working relationships with management, the kitchen team & FOH team
  • Complying with all health and safety / hygiene standards & policies
  • Washing dishes quickly & efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the dishwashing area and machine
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment throughout service
  • Correct and full cleaning of the dishwasher machine as per company training
  • Correct and full cleaning of all kitchen equipment as per company training
  • Ensure the consistency of your work is in line with the standards set by the Head Chef
  • Perform duties as required by the senior chefs

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract


Pay:
£11.44 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
