Description
12 month Fixed Term Contract
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to provide administrative support to the Prevention Department, based at Eastbourne Fire Station, in order to arrange home safety visits by dedicated teams and operational crews.
This role entails large volume telephone enquiries to highly vulnerable members of the public, liaising with colleagues/Station personnel and entering data accurately onto electronic systems.
You will possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with empathy to those whom we are offering services to.
Full training in all aspects of the role will be provided.
