We are looking for an Internal Recruiter for our Nottingham based office and we are looking for someone who loves to chat, a people person and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and advance their own career.


The Recruiter must have:


  • An outgoing personality
  • A fantastic telephone manner
  • The ability to deal with a diverse group of people
  • Great organisational skills
  • The ability to use their own initiative within a varied role
  • Capacity to work independently, whilst recognising when appropriate to seek advice or escalate concerns
  • Drive to hit targets and be selfmotivated
  • Excellent communication skills.


A background in Recruitment is not essential, however a background in some sort of customer service based role is an advantage as we know those in customer facing roles love to chat Or for someone looking for a entry level recruitment role to get their recruitment career started.


The role involves but may not be limited to:

  • Placing recruitment adverts
  • Shortlisting CVs
  • Hitting targets
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting
  • Any other ad hoc sales admin task that might be required

Salary:
£18-22k per annum depending on applicant experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 34-40 per week


Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
