Join Our Dynamic Team as an Out of Hours Care Coordinator


at Inspire Together we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Out of Hours Care Coordinator.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of care and support.


Position:
Out of Hours Care Coordinator


Working Hours: 19:00-07:00 on a 3 on 3 off basis


Responsibilities:


  • Manage enquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Support in the coordination of staff rotas, including planning shifts and managing shift recoveries due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Assist management with audits and compliance reports, ensuring regulatory requirements are met at all times.
  • Utilise your experience in working within a care setting to ensure the highest standard of care and support is provided.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a care setting is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff coordination, including managing rotas, is preferred.
  • Ability to manage your own workload efficiently and effectively.
  • Adeptness in working under pressure and maintaining composure in challenging situations.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
