Join Our Dynamic Team as an Out of Hours Care Coordinator

at Inspire Together we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Out of Hours Care Coordinator.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of care and support.

Position:
Out of Hours Care Coordinator

Working Hours: 19:00-07:00 on a 3 on 3 off basis

Responsibilities:

Manage enquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Support in the coordination of staff rotas, including planning shifts and managing shift recoveries due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances.
Assist management with audits and compliance reports, ensuring regulatory requirements are met at all times.
Utilise your experience in working within a care setting to ensure the highest standard of care and support is provided.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a care setting is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in staff coordination, including managing rotas, is preferred.
Ability to manage your own workload efficiently and effectively.
Adeptness in working under pressure and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
