Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday

In this exciting opportunity you'll be responsible for driving outstanding revenue growth by identifying strategies and developments (for pricing, revenue management, ancillary products, bundles).
You'll critically assess their viability and other strategic options, whilst leading the commercial team through approval, implementation and benefit delivery.
Keeping up to date with the latest developments of competitors and peers (technological as well as offer), you'll assess suitability and viability for Virgin Atlantic and continually update and refine our own plans to ensure we are a trailblazer in the industry.
In this role you will build the vision for revenue generation, aligning with partners and Leadership, constructing a delivery plan, prioritising developments balancing benefit, cost, technology requirements, JV seams and customer proposition.
Guiding the team to automate each initiative, utilising technology (ADF, Power BI etc) wherever possible, and take advantage of developments from suppliers, including ATPCo, and the general digitisation of the industry.
You'll turn initiatives into 'business as usual' transferring ownership to other departments as each initiative matures, ensuring teams are committed and engaged in the strategic direction, and teams ensure success and benefits are fully realised.
- Drive the strategic direction of Offer (incorporating Pricing, Inventory, Ancillaries and Distribution)
- Implement strategy, building and embedding new process in our own remit and across the business
- Measure strategy delivery, highlighting and recommending changes where needed.
- Leadership and development of team.
