We have a unique approach to managing our diverse range of services throughout the UK and are rapidly expanding our existing customer base.

Reception/Admin Duties:_

- _As first point of contact a welcoming and professional telephone manner, previous experience beneficial._
- _Telephone - answering & forwarding calls to relevant members of staff, taking messages, screening unwanted calls, co-ordinating appointments, dealing with enquires and quoting basic prices for our services._
- _Meeting & greeting visitors to the office._
- _Making refreshments for meetings, guests and work colleagues._
- _Ensuring the reception and communal areas are clean & tidy._
- _Ensure the kitchen is tidy and well stocked with milk, sugar, tea & coffee._
- _Filing_
- _Processing supplier invoices_
- _Sales Invoicing_


The Person

Key skills and abilities:


  • Education to 'A' Level or equivalent.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to build a good understanding of product knowledge.
  • Positive and reliable approach to work.
  • Excellent team working skills, ability to receive constructive feedback and share experience.

Desirable but not essential skills:


  • Sage 50 Accounts experience_._

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
