We are looking for a motivated sales administrator with customer service experience to join us.We are an award-winning family business, with a fast-paced dynamic office focused on excellent customer care and continuous improvement.
Due to the nature of the role, you will have a friendly and helpful manner.
A problem-solving outlook is important and you will have the desire to make a positive difference to people's lives. Good organisational and time-management skills will be essential.
There is no evening or weekend work, and no overtime, but you will need to be hardworking and enjoy the challenge of improving every day.
Duties Include completing efficient and effective completion of:
- Booking Equipment Specialist Visits
- Customer Service Queries
- Raising Quotations
- Processing Orders
- Invoicing
- Liaising with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other Clinicians
We do not 'hard-sell' and working in the healthcare industry, our aim is to provide the very best and most responsive solutions to the challenges our customers face.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
