Care and Support Recruiter

Salary :
£20,000-£22,500
per annum - depending on skills and experience**
Contract type:Permanent

Working hours: 37 hours per week

About the role

  • Drive the attraction of quality applicants for our Care services via multiple sourcing approaches
  • Respond to approved vacancy requests from hiring managers, advertise and proactively source applicants to create a pipeline of suitable applicants.
  • Write engaging adverts that are in line with the GSA brand.
  • Work with the manager to preplan the interview timing/schedule.
  • Screen new applicants in a timely manner for suitability
  • Manage the applicant journey to keep them engaged throughout the process through to offer
  • Update and maintain the ATS as applicants progress through the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting
