- Sales Ledger
- Invoicing customers, maintaining customer records, creating new accounts
- Credit Control
- Dealing with all aspects of credit control ensuring payments are received on time
- Purchase Ledger
- Matching, coding, and posting of Supplier invoices, maintaining customer records and creating new supplier accounts.
- Setting up suppliers on the system and processing payments
- Cash flow working with senior management to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Banking
- Allocating customer payments
- Expenses
- Dealing with all company expenses, payments and reconciling on our accounts package
- Month end tasks which include reconciling debtors/creditors, posting journals, calculation of customer rebates
- Reconciling bank accounts
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
