Administration Co-ordinator / Team Leader - Business Support Services
My client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their Birmingham office. This client is a top 100 national law firm who have undergone a period of well managed growth. This could be a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills that is looking for a new challenge


This role will be reporting to the Business Support Services manager, you will be the primary point of contact for managing administrative workflow into a small team which you will manage, with the aim of delivering a highly efficient administrative support service to the firm.

This is a predominantly office based role.


Main Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage resources and coordinate workloads to ensure all incoming tasks are assigned to a team member and completed on time
  • Communicating instructions and managing expectations between key stakeholders and administrators
  • Supporting team leaders with the delivery of training to new and existing team members
  • Manage team schedules and leave request rotas
  • Ensuring best practices, firm policies and training guides are followed across the team
  • Support team leaders to ensure relevant processes have up to date training guides
  • Working with team members to implement and drive internal projects, which contribute to an enhanced service offering to the firm
  • 1+ years of workflow experience, preferably from a professional services environment
  • Experience in training and development
  • Strong administration experience
  • Experience coordinating workflow tasks within a professional services environment
  • Confident delegating tasks and working with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Customer service focussed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative thinking, able to take initiative and problem solve
  • Confident using and learning IT systems and software

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
