**Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Woodbridge, Suffolk
£43,500 or £21 per hour

40 Hours

Must be Nurse Qualified**Eclypse Recruitment are looking for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager for an elderly nursing home in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at this fully compliant home as the Clinical Deputy Manager.

The main responsibility of this role is to support the registered Home Manager and act as Manager in the absence of the Registered Manager.

Your time will be split working a mixture of clinical and supernumery hours

You will support with the overall management of care within the home, whilst also promoting and maintaining the highest quality of service for our residents through development of person centred care plans.

Skills and experience

Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans.
Experience of working with residents with various health needs.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
A proven ability to work as part of a team.
Selfmotivated and flexible.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Registered Nurse with Active NMC pin
Experience at a senior level within a nursing home

Job role
This is 40 hours per week role which will be 16 hours supernumerary the rest supernumery.

This is a Monday to Friday position but will be expected to cover alternate weekend shifts.£43,500 + support with CPD, NMC revalidation and comprehensive personal developmentplan.

This equates to circa £21 per hour
