Title:
ITALIAN speaking Finance Administrator


Language required:
Italian


Location:
Watford - 3 days per week / 2 from home


Working Hours:9am - 5.30pm


Pay Rate:
£14.14per hour + holiday pay

Contract Duration: 3 months (possibility of being extended to 6-12months)

The role

To ensure all Merchandise vendor queries are dealt with in an accurate & timely manner and to manage the day-to-day AP merchandise queries.


Duties

  • To deal with all incoming vendor queries.
  • To build on excellent working relationships with both our external and internal customers.
  • To ensure all queries are dealt with in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
  • To reconcile vendor statements and obtain copies of any outstanding invoices and correct any anomalies on statements
  • To ensure expected targets are consistently met
  • Any bad debts are prioritised and resolved in a timely fashion

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in a highvolume Accounts Payable Department
  • Fluent ITALIAN speaker
  • Selfmotivated and works on own initiative
  • Ability to make decisions based on information available
  • Experience of handling vendor queries within a finance setting

Salary:
From £14.14 per hour
