Description

We are Ormos A family-owned business that operates in the food wholesale industry and we are now growing fast.

We are therefore looking for a junior Merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will get the right product, in the right place, time, quantity, and price.


Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute merchandising strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
• Plan and implement promotional in store events.

Requirements & Skills

• Uptodate with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
• Commercial acumen and the ability to "decode" customers
• BS degree in Marketing or related field

Salary:
£20,725.37-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
