ABP is a state state-of -the -art food manufacturing facility based in Perth, helping ABP bring the best beef to some of the nation's biggest supermarkets.

We are currently undergoing a significant multi million-pound development program to expand and upgrade the site, so now is an exciting time to come and work here.


We are currently looking to add to our fantastic QC team, so if you feel you have what we are looking for please get in touch.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am until job finish

Ensure quality and labelling checks are carried out on all finished products in production area and report any defects to the appropriate person.

Visually check products for compliance to agreed specification.
Produce correctly completed quality management documentation.
Assist other Quality Control team members as required & to cover/stand in for other team members when necessary.
Ensure quality checks are carried out on all products in a timely manner.
Highlight to Production Supervisors when necessary any product which does not meet required specification
To complete the metal detector checks at shift start, then hourly thereafter and at end of shift.
Ensure working environment is clean, tidy and safe for all employees.
Adhere to Company policy, practice and procedures.
Must be good at working under pressure, independently, or as part of a team.
Must have a positive approach, and be confident in their decisions.
Ensure Health and Safety regulations are met and good housekeeping procedures followed.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.


Experience in a similar position within a customer orientated and fast paced environment is essential, along with knowledge and understanding of the food industry and an understanding of the supply chain.


Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to use own initiative is also required for this role.
