REPORTS TO:
Compliance Director


HOURS:
Full-Time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (Temporary Role)


LOCATION:
Warmley, Bristol


JOB PURPOSE:

Power Electrics (Bristol)

Reporting to the Compliance Director, the role of the Compliance Administrator is varied and encompasses the day-to-day administration functions to support the continued growth of the company.

There is a strong focus on improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet changing needs.


You will be a point of contact for all Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality related queries, this includes reviewing and filing relevant Compliance documentation such as Inspection Reports, Validation Protocols and external audit reports.

On occasions you may be required to attend one of our other locations.


KEY TASKS & MAIN DUTIES:


  • Responsible for maintaining various electronic databases within the Compliance dept.
  • Organise, file and print company documents as and when required
  • Liaise with all dept. managers to ensure their compliance with relevant ISO Standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure their compliance with Company Policies.
  • Liaise with customers to achieve and maintain approved supplier status.
  • Liaise with Third party consultants to ensure that the policies comply with all appropriate legislation.
  • Comply with the Company's Health & Safety Policy
  • Carry out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are kept tidy
  • Comply with all aspects of ISO 9001:2015, 1400:2015, 45001:2018 procedures.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL

  • Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change - commit to continuous professional development
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Must be proactive and work under own initiative
  • Full UK driving licence

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in management systems and recognised standards
Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
