Our client, a global sports goods brand, based in the Winchester area is looking for a eCommerce Service Executive to join their existing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a local company delivering high quality teamwear to customers in the UK and in their established global markets.

The role is far reaching, with particular focus on elements of:

  • Using digital design tools and online systems to create bespoke online shop fronts for new and existing customers.
  • Working closely with partners and customers to create logos, equipment, and websites.
  • Using photoshop/illustrator and other editing platforms.
  • Working closely with the Company's existing club partners, as well as new business, to understand their individual needs, and ensure that they receive exception service levels.
  • Delivering efficient, enthusiastic, and confident customer service to a wide range of customers, from club members to businesses.
  • Communication with the production team around status of orders and managing expectation around lead times.
As a eCommerce Service Executive you will be required to carry out the following key duties such as:

  • Assist customers through the full stage of customer journey, including initial phone call, through to mocking up their designs, and organising their orders.
  • Build and promote strong and longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Supporting the solution sales team in the development of new business and recoding of data in a CRM system.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Responsibility for the management of tickets relating to customer service activity in the company ticketing system this would include queries relating to products, customer complaints and design queries.
  • Work with the suppliers to manage the smooth and timely process of finalising customer teamwear designs, prior to order.
  • Managing orders through the accounting/stock management system (SAP).
  • Providing updates to customers as to progress of orders, and likely delivery dates.
Full training is provided however the following experience is required:


  • Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/illustrator or other editing platforms is strongly preferred. As well as a system-centric, process driven business, whilst there is no mandatory computer system knowledge requirement, a strong grasp of software packages such as Microsoft Excel and other Office products is preferable.

Excellent Communication Skills - this role will have a strong communication link with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. A passion to be a clear and precise communicator is essential to excel in this role.

Passion for Customer Service - the desire to achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer service is paramount.

Attention to Detail - a willingness to get "stuck in" - every member of our team, from CEO down, is ready and willing to "roll their sleeves up" as and when required.

Experience within the garment embellishment industry is preferable but no pre-requisite.

  • An interest in sports or involvement in a sports team is preferable but not a prerequisite.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 09:00am to 17:00pm.

The annual salary is £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
