Made Simple Group is now looking to recruit a Company Administrator to join our team.

Permanent Full Time hours per week
Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm)


Location:

About Us:


The Role:


As a super organised and diligent Company Administrator at MadeSimple Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams, in particular, to staff operating within the mailroom, reception and compliance functions of the business.

Your impeccable attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in will set the tone for a winning team, ensuring we deliver a first class service to all customers every time.


Key Responsibilities:


Supporting the Compliance and Company Services Team:

  • Assist with account set-ups and service cancellations.
  • Perform identity checks on new and existing customers.
  • Fulfil orders for products and services placed via the website.
  • Maintain and keep accurate records on customer accounts.

Supporting the Mailroom Team:

  • Help organise and sort the daily incoming mail.
  • Process and log details of mail received for customers on the system.
  • Prepare outgoing mail to be collected by Royal Mail at the end of the day.
  • Operate mailroom equipment, e.g. automated mail opener and scanner.
  • Keep inventory and place orders for mailroom supplies.

Supporting the Reception Team:

  • Welcome visitors with a huge smile and a cheerful hello.
  • Receive and sign for recorded mail and parcel deliveries.
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms ahead of visitors
  • Assist with the general running of the coworking space.
  • Keep the kitchen, communal and reception areas looking neat and tidy.

The Person:


  • Work closely with a small and closeknit team. A team player who always leads by example, high energy and super approachable, happy to get stuck in and help when needed to get the job done.
  • Thrives in a busy environment, able to cope with the unexpected and varied demands and multitask with ease; organising and prioritising workload to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, precise and methodical approach to work. Ensuring all tasks are carried out to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
  • The flexibility of working hours is essential, as is the will and ability to help the rest of the team when we are really busy or having a quiet day.
  • As we provide administrative support to professional clients, a high level of discretion and the respect for confidentiality are ever so important.
